Corrections, disputes, and removals

Cape Coral Metro Foreclosure Attorney Guide is an independent directory scoring foreclosure attorney businesses in the Cape Coral area. Our listings pull from public business data and public Google reviews. Each business receives a score calculated through a single, fixed rubric applied to every listing. Listing your business here is free, and payment never affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to request factual corrections, challenge a score dispute, or ask for removal. The complete rubric is public: ranking method.

Factual corrections

If your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, or service list is wrong, we can fix it. Submit the correct information along with proof we can verify against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once corrected, the information stays accurate through future data updates.

Score disputes

Scores are never manually changed. A dispute is a claim that the data feeding the score is incorrect. This might mean the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate the listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Listing removal

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, duplicates another listing, or falls outside foreclosure attorney services. Our monthly verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed businesses. A listing that is accurate and within scope will not be removed, and we will tell you plainly why we cannot honor the request.
